Instructions:

    • In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to form a dough.

    • Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Transfer the risen dough to a greased baking pan, stretching it to fit. Use fingers to create dimples in the dough.
